The “Research Report” is a comprehensive research report detailing all of the findings related to the 20-week pilot program for survivors of GBV and TBI. The research report shares pre-pilot reviews and evaluations, the pilot program’s effectiveness, areas for improvement, and recommendations for scaling it across Canada and beyond. The report outlines the project’s objectives which include co-adapting and deploying a community-based health promotion program to address unmet needs in the GBV and TBI sectors, tailoring the program to the lived experiences of survivors, and how intervention research methods were utilized throughout the project. Survey and focus group findings of the program’s impact on host organizations, service providers, and survivors are shared as well.
